Jon F. Hanson, Chairman, [75], Chairman and founder of The Hampshire Companies, a sponsor of real estate funds, and has over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Mr. Hanson has been non-executive Chairman of the Board of HealthSouth since October 1, 2005.  Since 1991, Mr. Hanson has served as lead director of Prudential Financial Corp., and is Chairman of their Finance Committee and their Investment Committee.   Previously, Mr. Hanson served for 12 years as Chairman of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc., and now serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Foundation.  Currently, Mr. Hanson also serves as a director of Yankee Global Enterprises, the principal owner of the New York Yankees.

Bruce M. Meisel, President and CEO, [64],  Served as the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank from 2002 through 2008.  In 2007 he became Chief Executive Officer and in 2008 also assumed the position of President.  Mr. Meisel received a B.A. from American University, Washington, D.C. and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.  In 1973-1974, he served a judicial clerkship with the New Jersey Supreme Court.  Mr. Meisel practiced law in Westwood, New Jersey from 1975 until 2007, concentrating in real estate, corporate and commercial law.  Mr. Meisel was the guiding force behind the revitalization of the Central Business District of Westwood, N.J., one of the premiere downtowns in New Jersey and from 1980 until August, 2005 served as the founding attorney of the Westwood Parking Authority.  He is the founder and managing member of First Westwood Realty and Jefferson Realty Group, LLC, both of which develops, owns and operates commercial properties in Westwood, New Jersey.  In 2009, Mr. Meisel served on Governor elect Chris Christie’s transition subcommittee for the Department of Banking and Insurance and has been nominated by Governor Christie to serve on the N.J. Transit Compensation Board of Directors.

Paul C. Baker, [74] received a B.S. in Engineering and B.A. from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Mr. Baker is a founder and managing partner of PCB Associates, LLC, a management consulting company.  Mr. Baker is a retired Group Vice President of American Cyanamid, Wayne, New Jersey and former President of Cyanamid’s Consumer Products Group.  He currently is a shareholder, director and officer of a number of affiliated entities that own food franchises in New Jersey.  Mr. Baker serves as a director of Media Sciences International, Inc., a publicly traded company, where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.  Mr. Baker has served as a director of the United Way of Bergen County and is the Chairman of the Institute of Psychoanalytic Studies, Inc.  Mr. Baker currently serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Bank.

Salvatore Cocco, [56] is a financial consultant with AXA Advisors, LLC. Prior to this, Mr. Cocco was a staff accountant and a Director of Personnel/Administration at Coopers & Lybrand (now a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers), as well as the owner of his own private accounting practice.  Mr. Cocco is credentialed as a Chartered Life Underwriter, is a member of the American Association of Life Underwriters, and a member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Mr. Cocco serves on the Board of Advisors for the Seton Hall University Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, is a Board member of the Nutley Parkside Apartments senior housing complex, an Advisory Board Member of the Nutley Chamber of Commerce, the past-President and current Treasurer of the First Cerebral Palsy Center of NJ, the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Michael Geltrude Foundation, and formerly was the Scholarship Chairperson of the Nutley UNICO.  Mr. Cocco was a founding director and served as Chairman of Franklin Bank of Nutley, New Jersey, and served on its Board until it was sold in 2005.  He also served as an Advisory Board member of Interchange Bank.

Daniel J. Geltrude, [46] received a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University and an M.S. in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as the managing partner of Geltrude & Company, LLC, an accounting firm based in Nutley, NJ.  Mr. Geltrude was a founding director of Franklin Bank and served on its board as audit committee chairman until Franklin Bank was sold in 2005.  He also served as an Advisory Board member of Interchange Bank.  He also owns and manages commercial real estate.  Mr. Geltrude is co-founder of the Mike Geltrude Foundation for melanoma awareness and a member of the Board of Trustees of the First Cerebral Palsy Center of New Jersey.

Jerrold B. Grossman, [64], received a B.A. in Economics and Finance and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey.  He received a doctorate from Pace University, New York, New York, with a specialization in Financial Management.  He is the founder, President and Chief Executive of Genesis BPS LLC. and related companies, which are headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey.  Dr. Grossman is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bergen Community Regional Blood Center and is a member of the Blood Bank Task Force of New Jersey.  Dr. Grossman previously served on the Audit, and Loan Committees of the Bank. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Investment and Funds Management Committee of the Bank.     

Mary J. Hekemian, [78] Director at Hekemian & Co., Inc. Ms. Hekemian  is a member of a prominent multi-generational New Jersey real estate family with substantial real estate holdings in Bergen County as well as numerous other locations in the state of New Jersey and other states along the eastern seaboard.  She is also an active member of numerous local charities.

Larry R. Inserra, Jr. [55], is President and CEO of Inserra Supermarkets, Inc., a family owned business founded in 1954 and one of the largest supermarket chains in the metropolitan area which owns and operates 22 ShopRite stores throughout New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Inserra also holds a number of leadership positions, both professionally and philanthropically, including board member and treasurer of Wakefern Food Corporation, first Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee at Hackensack University Medical Center.  Mr. Inserra received a Bachelor of Science in business and economics from Lehigh University

Martin J. Levine, [65], received a B.A. from Long Island University in New York.  He has been actively engaged in all aspects of the real estate business, including property acquisition and management, for over 30 years. Mr. Levine owns and manages both commercial and residential real estate, primarily in Manhattan. He is also the founder and President of Audubon Management Company, Inc., a real estate management company which manages commercial and residential properties in New York City.  Mr. Levine serves on the Audit and Real Estate Committees of the Bank.

Jerome J. Lombardo, [59], is the President and CEO of C. J. Lombardo Real Estate Company of Hackensack.  Mr. Lombardo has over 30 years as a Licensed R.E. Broker in New Jersey. His company owns and manages a portfolio of commercial and office properties as well as several thousand multi-family apartment properties in the northeast and south . Mr. Lombardo serves on several boards including the New Jersey Apartment Association, the Wyckoff Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Bergen County Community Action Partnership and is the current Chairman of the Hackensack's Downtown Business District.

James M. Piro, Esq., [69], is a founder and a member of the law firm of Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo. He was a founding director, Executive Committee Member, and Chairman of the Loan Committee of Franklin Bank of Nutley, and served on the Board until the Bank was sold in 2005. Mr. Piro received a B.A. from Seton Hall University,and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.  Mr. Piro also serves as General Counsel to the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners and Counsel to the Suburban Essex Joint Insurance Fund.  Mr. Piro was selected Nutley’s PBA’s “Citizen of the Year” in 1990.  Mr. Piro was an Advisory Board member of Interchange Bank.

Non-Director Executive Management 

George Niemczyk, Executive Vice President, CAO & CFO, [59], received a B.S. in Accounting/Management and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, N.J. Mr. Niemczyk has extensive experience in accounting, finance and operations, with over 40 years in the financial/banking sector. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Mariner’s Bank and Mariner’s Bancorp, an Edgewater, New Jersey based commercial bank and its holding company.  Prior to that, Mr. Niemczyk was Senior Vice President and CFO at The Towne Center Bank, a start up bank in Lodi, New Jersey. Mr. Niemczyk is a member of the Financial Managers Association, New Jersey Chapter, the New Jersey Bankers Association, and the Regional North Jersey Chamber of Commerce.

Michael N. Kurzawski, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, [64], joined the Bank in 2008 and has more than 27 years of industry experience.  He previously served as Pascack’s SVP and Director of Commercial Loans where he successfully ran the commercial loan division, prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer with responsibility for managing both commercial and residential lending for the Bank.  Prior to joining Pascack Community Bank, Mr. Kurzawski served as the SVP and Commercial Loan Officer for the Greater Community Bank in Paramus and as the VP and Commercial Loan Officer for the Midland Bank and Trust in Paramus.  Mr. Kurzawski attended Fairleigh Dickenson University where he earned a B.S. Degree in Management and a MBA in Finance.  He is very heavily involved in community organizations throughout Bergen and Union counties.  Currently serving as the Chairman of the Clark Planning Board, Mr. Kurazwski previously held positions as:  President of the Paramus Rotary Club, President of the Paramus Local Emergency Planning Committee, Board member of the Bergen County Council of Girl Scouts and Councilman of the Borough of Roselle Park.
